We are installing a sprinkler system in a dance hall. There are several large subwoofers (5' x 5') installed at the ceiling. Since they are over 48", we need to install a sprinkler head underneath/adjacent to the obstruction. Is there any guidance for the distance away the sprinkler head should be from the subwoofer to prevent the sound waves from rattling and damaging the sprinkler head?
