The MPLS may work on the encoding in MNA. The 6man WG will work on encodings in SRv6. For the control plane, the NRP-ID can be encoded in PCEP or BGP. The BGP encoding for an SR policy is defined in draft-ietf-idr-sr-policy-nrp-04 – which has past IDR WG LC.
