The draft does a good job of describing how link mtu can be used in
path computation and by a headend.


However it does not discuss what happens when link mtu changes or when
a new link is created with a lower MTU and the control plane cannot
react in time for data plane convergence.


Is that something you intend to address in this draft? I think it
would be useful to describe those scenarios and its implication to
forwarding and expectation on the control and data planes in
particular for loose paths.
