I have closed the remaining issue in the issue tracker (issue #1).
Authors, I believe you have a set of changes under way? When those are
ready, please resubmit removing the open issues section of the document.
Meanwhile, if anyone has concerns that issues with this document please
speak up. Yes, you will have another chance at formal last call (soon,
I hope), but the sooner we hear about issues the better.
