The Ping/Traceroute SID examples in draft-ietf-6man-spring-srv6-oam-04 mainly
focus on the scenario there is already a target SID.
When we apply Ping/Traceroute SR policy command, the last SID of the segment
list may not originated from endpoint, but penultimate node.
In this case, can we directly insert an END.OP of endpoint, for example manual
configuration, to the tail of SRH ? That means during END.OP function there
will be not next locally programmed SID anymore. Please see if more text need
to be added in the draft.
