I've checked the public email archive [1] and could not find your
above email. Given the number of emails, there is a possibility that
I'm missing it. In order to make your point, it seems easy for you
to provide the URL for the above email. That would close the point.
I didn't see the email in the archives. I verified my original
message headers and noticed that a comma was missing between the
second email address and the third one for the "To:" header field:
