Some improvements to clipboard handling on x11. In this 3rd version I tried to add some documentation as well as some more debug info to help trigger new issues in the future. I've tested in F29 box with GNOME/Wayland, GNOME/X11, KDE/X11 using Windows 10 and RHEL 6.9 guests.
