These patches attempt to provide some additional testing to VideoEncoder. Mainly "Add an helper to test VideoEncoder" add an utility that helps doing some test. The "RFC EXAMPLE Some automatic check on video encoders" provide a check script but require an additional video file. Other patches are minor ones.
