Ah, virt-viewer used to default to a gtk+2 build, this was changed recently to a gtk+3 build, this explains why you needed these. You could try building --with-gtk=2.0 > Copying those across allows remote-viewer to run, but it then crashes > in libgdk-3-0.dll when opening a spice connection.
