Ok, I figured out the problem, the F-18 packages build with
spice-protocol-0.12.1 in the buildroot rather then 0.12.2 causing
support for the new dynamic monitor stuff to be turned off compile
time.
Once we've your fix upstream I'll do a new Fedora build including
some fixes from git.
