The Aten device is a kvm, the printer is this one: Bus 001 Device 034: ID 08bd:020b Citizen Watch Co., Ltd Device Descriptor: bLength 18 bDescriptorType 1 bcdUSB 2.00 bDeviceClass 0 (Defined at Interface level) bDeviceSubClass 0 bDeviceProtocol 0 bMaxPacketSize0 64 idVendor 0x08bd Citizen Watch Co., Ltd idProduct 0x020b bcdDevice 1.00 iManufacturer 1 DASCOM Co.,Ltd iProduct 2 DASCOM DS-7860 Printer iSerial 3 DS-7860 And the default rule will not match that device, so it should be automatically redirected when plugged in *while the remote-viewer window has the keyboard focus*, and again, if it is not automatically redirected, you can go to "file -> usb device selection" in the remote viewer window menu and select it there.
