Hello. My name is Anton. I am from Russia. I have Ubuntu 10.04_desktop_amd64. There, I installed spice-protocol-0.10.1, spice-0.10.1 and qemu-1.0.5 the repositories git. The emulator runs, but there are problems with the work of the `-vga qxl`. When you start with this key, the virtual system issues an error on the screen: `error: no suitable mode found. error: unknown command "terminal". unaligned pointer 0x1130112 Aborted. Press any key to exit`. If I press any button, it displays spice-client a black screen and nothing more. Run the emulator that's a row: "qemu-spice -vga qxl -m 512 -hda /home/user/runtu.img -device AC97 -enable-kvm -spice port=5500,disable-ticketing".
If I run the emulator string: "qemu-spice -m 512 -hda /home/user/runtu.img -device AC97 -enable-kvm -spice port=5500,disable-ticketing", everything runs, but the screen resolution in the guest OS only 800x600 . What is the problem? Thank you for your attention. -- С уважением, Врублевский А.О..
