and looked for source code in repositories link
http://spice-space.org/page/Repositories but haven't find it.
I installed vioserial-win-1.1.16. If this is not the latest one, could
you direct me source code link for this?

I suspect actually the virtio-serial driver. There were some fixes
around it. Remove it and see if that happens still.
I'm not sure where can you obtain the latest binary ones, though.
