Hi! Here is a minor release of spice-gtk, v0.4. This release has a/v-sync with PulseAudio and it can now build with mingw32 and it runs on Windows (using cairo and gstreamer backends). And also various other fixes, such as async read() being incomplete and could lead to various communication errors.
