I just made releases of spice and spice-protocol version 0.5.2. The releases are availible at http://spice-space.org/download.html and as the tag "0.5.2" in git.
We expect this release to be API stable up to the 0.6 release, but the network major and the PCI ids are still marked as unstable, because the ABIs are not 100% finalized.
