I'm confused. I've had a mail today about a board vote, but it appears we
have 5 nominations for 5 seats, which suggests no vote required? Also if we
_do_ need a vote, where are the candidate statements?

Oddly the justification has _now_ been sent, but only to spi-private. We
appear to be lacking several months of meeting logs (even raw logs), so
