We also released four point releases for Debian 11, and two point releases for Debian 10, which incorpo-
rates security updates and critical fixes for these stable releases.

"releasing releases" sounds redundant. The Debian project uses the term "updates". Also, "incorporates" should read "incorporate".

Appendix A

We encourage programmers to use the GNU General Public License or other licenses that allow free redistribution and use of software, and hardware developers to distribute documentation that
will allow device drivers to be written for their product.

I recommend to make a more general recommendation by referring to "developers" instead of just programmers.
