I found a much better solution for my problem with the table cell alignment 
in this issue:

I added this to my custom Latex style file:

% Example ".. tabularcolumns:: |\Yl{0.1}|\Yr{0.9}|"
\newcolumntype{\Yl}[1]{>{\raggedright\arraybackslash}\Y{#1}}
\newcolumntype{\Yr}[1]{>{\raggedleft\arraybackslash}\Y{#1}}
\newcolumntype{\Yj}[1]{>{\centering\arraybackslash}\Y{#1}}
```

It works very nice. Maybe it should be added to the documentation:
