Hi Geert,

Glad you solved that.

Until perhaps two or three years ago changing the language of a LaTeX document
would cause a failure on next build.

For more than 2 decades I guess that was the way LaTeX behaved (LaTeX babel 
package)
but the more recent releases emit a warning not an error,
