I have data in some pg tables, and I need to create reports from it, in html, pdf, and a pdf with rather complex formatting. I think Sphinx could do the job (I have the LaTEX stylesheet for the complex PDF). The main issue is how to get data from the DB; I can either: * extract them as various text chunks, then include them into a base rst to be compiled * insert into the base rst the python commands to extract data from db. Which one is the most reasonable? Does anybody have an example of the second?
