Dear Jean-François,
I only work part time on this project. ;) Sorry for the delayed response!
I implemented the solutions with the additional .sty file. This works like
a charm :)
Many thanks for the instructions concerning the headers. I did not succeed
last week.
But now that I have implemented our custom style file after sphinx latex
generation it works with our old code for the footer in the index too. For
completeness this is how it looks like in the style file:
\RequirePackage{fancyhdr}
\fancypagestyle{firstpage}{%
\fancyhf{} % clear all six fields
\renewcommand{\headrulewidth}{0pt}
\renewcommand{\footrulewidth}{0pt}
}
\fancypagestyle{followingpage}{%
\fancyhf{} % clear all six fields
\fancyfootoffset[L]{3.2 cm}
\fancyhead[R]{\fontsize{7}{10}\fontspec{MyriadPro-Regular}{\version}}
\fancyfoot[L]{\fontsize{7}{10}\fontspec{MyriadPro-Regular}{Firmname $\cdot$
Address $\cdot$ City $\cdot$ www.webadress.com $\> \>$\hspace{5mm} released:
\releasedate / \releasedby}}
\fancyfoot[R]{\fontsize{7}{10}\fontspec{MyriadPro-Regular}{Page \thepage~
/~\pageref*{LastPage}}}
\lhead{\hspace{-3.1cm}\vspace{-0.47cm}\includegraphics[width=3.1cm]{res/logo
.pdf}}
\renewcommand{\headrulewidth}{0.7pt}
\renewcommand{\footrulewidth}{0.7pt}
}
%
\pagestyle{followingpage}
\AtBeginDocument{\thispagestyle{firstpage}}
\expandafter\let\csname xetex_suppressfontnotfounderror:D\endcsname\
suppressfontnotfounderror
And only
'printindex': '\printindex'
in the conf.py latex_elements structure.
It looks like I can finally finalize this task. :) (just some testing left)
Many thanks.
