Is there any way with sphinx 1.3 to set the 'lang' attribute in generated HTML? (It looks to me like I would need to modify themes/basic/layout.html. Is there really no other way?)
If not in 1.3, what about a newer version? (I want to turn on auto-hyphenation, but FF only supports it if the language is specified.
