I'm developing a custom theme for my Sphinx-based documentation.
I've added some javascript to provide keyboard navigation based on the
inclusion of the <link rel="prev"> and <link rel="next"> tags, which works
well throughout most of the documentation.
The only exception is that the generated index is not included in the TOC,
so next/prev link tags never point to it. Currently, it seems including the
generated index in the TOC is not possible:
WARNING: toctree contains reference to nonexisting document u'genindex'
Any suggestions on a solution?
