Yes. In the documentation folder, there is a file named UPGRADING_version_3_to_version_4.txt that lists exactly what options need to be changed. It's mostly a matter of renaming some of the options in your configuration file. Be sure to use the "config-test" feature to check your configuration file when you're done making changes!
