DENIED_OTHER is not a spamdyke rejection -- it means the message was rejected by qmail and spamdyke is just logging the error code. In this case, because you're using Plesk, the most likely explanation is that you've turned on graylisting in Plesk's control panel. This is the error qmail returns when Plesk's graylisting is active.
