That would work yes, but I don't think that is the correct resolution,  
since it may open a breach for php exploits running on the same  
localhost for example. To me it looks like his dns resolver isn't  
resolving the 1.0.0.127.in-addr.arpa which should point to localhost  
(preferably) or any other hostname. (I could be completely wrong, tho  
;))

What happens when you try for example?

#host 127.0.0.1
