I still don't know anything about simscan, but my first idea is to try raising your "softlimit" number. It's currently set to 10000000 (9.54 MB), which might be too low for running spamdyke, ClamAV and SpamAssassin at the same time. Try raising it to something silly (like 100 MB), restarting qmail and testing SpamAssassin again. If that fixes your problem, you can try lowering that number (slowly) to find a reasonable limit.
