Hello Sam,

When I put option to "always" all who can accounts can authenticate and
relay, but all unauthorized sessions (99% of messages) cannot deliver
mail to the host. And vise versa, if I put option to "observe" or
"ondemand" all common incoming mail can be succesfully delivered to local
users, but they cannot authenticate (obviously, broken authentication in
qmail itself) to relay mail. So, the problem really in the "always" option
and whole spamdyke behaviour when this option is turned on.

The trouble is that installation is old and not made by me, and I cannot
reinstall all from the scratch, 'cause it is production hoster-server
with more than 100 active domains... So I need to put on "always" option to
work, but I don't know how :)
