Make sure your server considers your web server "Outbound" mail... Technically, it *IS* inbound mail. Your mail server is handling it just like any other mail server sending mail to it. It is subject to all filters, unless you've specifically exempted it. Unless you've told spam assassin to not scan mail from the web server's IP address, specifically, (Or localhost if it's the same server), then this still could be the issue.
