No.  "-w" (lowercase) is for a file that lists the reverse DNS names of 
the servers you want to whitelist.  When a server is whitelisted, _all_ 
checks are skipped, not just the rDNS-related tests.

In your case, because you're trying to whitelist servers that don't have 
rDNS names at all, it's not possible to list them in an rDNS whitelist.
