My method:
1) I subscribe by digest, so I get many emails in one delivery. It adds
to the SF delays, but makes the mails more convenient for me.
2) I whitelist_from_rcvd SA-Talk, ensuring it's treated as ham, and that
score does not impact the auto-learn determination.
3) I do not feed SA-Talk messages to sa-learn.
