Run it in a sub-shell, put the whole thing in parens:
"(postfix stop ; sleep 15 ; /etc/init.d/spamassassin restart ; postfix start)"
depending upon how that is parsed by your command processor, you may have
to escape them. EG:
"\(postfix stop ; sleep 15 ; /etc/init.d/spamassassin restart ; postfix start \)"
This is basically a shell-scripting issue.
