Weeds, backhair, and bigevil should be language agnostic.  They check for
unnecessary encoding in urls, invalid html tags, and spamvertised domains.
For those, the language shouldn't matter.

Chickenpox is another matter.  Contractions in foreign languages may cause it
false positives.  We've tried to add as many of those as we know about, but
there are a lot of languages out there.  If you do find any problems, please
report them.

I don't know about the Tripwire rules, but I suspect they're aimed at English
only, with possible FPs in other languages.  But as I said, I don't know.  Test
and use at your own risk.
