I use an IMAP account. Move the message to an IMAP folder, then you have access to the source of the real message.

 

Alternatively, I have used a product called "SpamSource" in the past that will copy the source of the message to the clipboard. Then you can paste it into notepad and create a message file to feed into SALEARN. SpamSource is freeware and you can probably find it by searching on the internet... If not, I guess I could see if I can figure out where I got it.
