Looks like that spamassassin -r -a -d call ought to include some
facility for removing the SA mark-up resulting from the bouncing user's
initial scan -- assuming it has not already been removed.  So something
like:

spamassassin -d|spamassassin -r -a -d 

Also, for testing at least, try removing that last -d option which will
give more debug output instead of just outputing the final, unmarked
mail.
