Hmm... When last I examined mailing list managers, there were some that were excellent at handling user admin requests, but lacked other features I wanted. Others had those features, but were less intuitive for non-technical subscribers to use. So... couldn't spamassassin be reconfigured (rules + bayes) to run as a separate "user administration request" scoring engine, and stuck on the input chain of a mailing list (along with normal spam/virus filtering)?
