Any other ideas?
Could some one with a similar configuration send me a scrubbed version/copy of your headers? Maybe comparing the headers would give me a clue. :)

I think you need the subject_tag that Matt was referring to. I think for the rewrite_subject tag, 0 is off and 1 is on. "rewrite_subject 0" that *should* tell SA to rewrite the header shouldn't
it?
Just for kicks, I toggled it b/n 0 & 1. Neither worked.
Any more thoughts?
