No, I didn't lint it. I just did though, and it's fine. I can assure you I know how to use wget. ;-) I did a quick Google for that error message, and there was a previous problem with SA being too verbose with little rules which triggered the same limit. The fix for that went in around SA 2.40 AFAIK. I am sitting here watching my rejectlog scroll by and some of these spams are triggering a HUGE list of tripwire rules, and each one is reported in the header (which I'm sure most people do).
