I put together a little script to generate a summary. An example recent spam gives the following output:

Looks nice. However, the mail has already been forwarded to my Exchange
server, so it's not on my mail gateway any longer. So I don't think I'll be
able to run it, on these mails, unfortunately. Or am I wrong about that?

The script is designed to run on the same machine as spamassassin, correct.

I end up having my messages on my sendmail server, which is on a different machine than spamassassin, so I end up opening the message in Netscape mail, then saving to my home directory (which is mounted on my windows PC thanks to samba, and is shared to my spamassassin machine thanks to NFS). From the home dir, I run the script on the saved message.

It could be possible to copy your rules over to wherever your mail lives, and just run the script from there. I like to run it on my live SA server, just so that I know I'll get accurate results.
