interesting.  It thinks you have 0 tokens in your DB.

which clearly shows way more than 0 tokens in your db...  since the
expire and the dump both get their meta info from the same function,
it ought to come out the same you'd think ...   hrm.  can you open up
a bugzilla ticket, attach (after ticket creation) the full output of
force-expire -D, and a copy of your _toks DB (if you don't want to post
it publically, you can send it to me via email.)
