I don't know how configureable spamass-milter and amavis-milter are, but
one of the milter calls allows a milter to add a recipient.  Check the
documentation on your milters to see if they support this.  Then add
that user and use procmail.

You may also be able to get at the raw message within one of the
milters;  again, this depends on how much custom processing you can do
with them.

Not sure about the milters you're using, but MIMEDefang
(http://www.mimedefang.org) could be set up to do this fairly trivially
as its main configuration file is a Perl fragment.  <g>  Probably not
the answer you're looking for...
