Sorry, my bad... I didn't realize the different format between maildir and mbox. I am using exim on exim 4.24, as a part of cPanel 8.5, on RH 8.0(Kernel version: 2.4.18-14smp). To my knowledge, exim handles mail filtering and delivery and the format of mailbox is mbox. I probably should have called it spam box instead of spam folder?
