As my fight against spam continues, I've noticed that i get many servers
attempting to send mail to the user "rouip". I was curious as to what
this meant. There are a lot of unique servers that are trying this
mailbox, so i figured it has some sort of relavence. My attempts to
find information on this practice using google and such were
unsuccessful. I was wondering if anyone here may be able to provide
some insight.
