How and where do i modify the rules relating to html in the message body? If it is there period i want marked as spam, so I want to change it's weight to something like 10 if html exists in the message....
You don't need to modify the rules themselves to do this... just add a score statement for the rule in question to your local.cf:
score HTML_MESSAGE 10.0
