Subject rule for "Rude Rape".
Maybe a subject rule for "Rape actions".

Body rule for "adultshorror.com".
Maybe a body rule for "/^[-ab]{10,} *$/".

Last, but not least, upgrade to SA 2.61 to improve your chances of
catching a lot of the newer flavors of spam.
