My suggestion would be to compress the tarball, so the spam isn't readable by the spam filter, and then send it to the list. Have you checked out the customized rules available through the Emporium at http://www.merchantsoverseas.com/wwwroot/gorilla/sa_rules.htm or the wiki at http://www.exit0.us/ ? You can probably find some that apply to your spam, since chances are the contributors to those two collections have run into the same or similar spam.
