Failed to parse line in SpamAssassin configuration, skipping: ok_locales
That didn't tell me much.
That should be self explanatory.. your ok_locales statement is invalid... you've got an ok_locales statement, but nothing after it...
Remove the line, or add a list of locales that are ok to you... (the default is all locales are acceptable)..
if you don't know what this option does, remove it.. you don't need it unless you know what it does.
