I'm just curious in what order does eval_tests execute the tests?
Specifically are the offsite clearing houses only contacted whenever my current score is less than required_hits?
no, they are always run whenever they are enabled
ie. is there a way to conditionally do those offsite checks only if they are necessary?
no
ie. my current score is less than required_hits?
no.. because some off-site check rules have negative scores.
It also inhibits the accuracy of bayes autolearning to skip them.
