Look at the body of the message and you should see a bunch of %'s in the url.

You don't see them?

Does your MUA allow you to look at the raw text of the message?

Well, your post itself is declared to be text/plain.. When my MUA saw a html declaration inside a text/plain message it decided your mailclient must be broken and decoded the HTML into text and re-wrote the content before storing it in the mailbox.

Apparently it's largely a function of my MUA trying to work arround broken mailclients.

However, it is in general considered bad form on sa-talk to inline-post an entire spam message.. attachment is much preferred, as it can be extracted to a file much easier. (it's also less likely to be mangled by "helpful" mailclients)
