The message was not spammy enough to trigger SA. Your bayes gave it a
neutral value indicating that you have not trained bayes to mark it as spam.
Send a few of them thru sa-learn and it will start marking them as spam. You
could also change the score of one or more of the tests to bump the total
but that has its problems too.
